Battle of Britain 2026

Today we remember the courage, sacrifice and determination of those who defended our skies during the Battle of Britain.

We remember the pilots of Fighter Command who faced overwhelming odds, the ground crews who kept them flying, the observers who watched the skies, and the countless civilians who endured the bombing and uncertainty of war.

Their bravery helped protect Britain at one of the most critical moments in our history.

We will remember them.
